In line with our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a graduate for our bid writing team. As part of this scheme you will be supported to spend time in other areas of construction. You will join our bid team to work on winning bid submissions, you will work in a hybrid way from our Beaconsfield office or from home but there may be an element of travel when you are fulfilling your role.

Producing winning submissions is vital to the success of our business, you will support the team to produce high-quality bids, as a business we are committed to really understanding our customer’s needs then developing sustainable solutions that are clearly articulated in customer-focussed, attractive submissions. Our high win rate means you will see more of your effort converted to live projects.

We welcome applications from graduates studying in English, History, Marketing or Journalism but most importantly those with a high level of English and a creative eye! Milestone Infrastructure believe that a willingness to learn and a passion to work in the construction industry can prove to be as important as technical skills.
