We are looking for a Highways Schemes Supervisor to join our team on our Cambridgeshire Highways contract in Huntingdon.

Working as a Schemes Supervisor you’ll supervise highway schemes and ensure each scheme is delivered meeting health and safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for supervision of individual highway schemes
• Ensure client expectations of individual schemes are achieved
• Ensure all scheme tasks are programmed, planned, supervised and executed in accordance with specifications, drawings, dimensions and within agreed commercial limits
• Be responsible for the direct supervision of both self-delivery and supply chain delivered schemes
• Ensure all scheme tasks are carried out in accordance with Milestone Infrastructure processes and policies
• Ensure sufficient resource is available for each stage of the scheme
• Be responsible for the onsite Health, Safety and Wellbeing of operational staff and ensure the works adhere with Environmental processes
• Build a strong relationship with the client.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Relevant CSCS card
• Experience in highways maintenance scheme delivery
• Knowledge of New Roads and Street works Act
• SMSTS
