Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to work on our Hinkley Point C contract in Somerset. As the finance assistant you will be part of our Finance Team who are responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of cost capture in a timely manner.
This role is to support the finance department in the timely input of purchase invoices and subcontractor payments, manage and deliver the Causeway month end process and provide timely information and support to the Commercial Team on Hinkley Point C.
As the Finance Assistant your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Maintain purchase ledger
- Subcontractor payments
- Manage plant on-hire / off hire
- Causeway close and rollover
- MiTime cost allocation for monthly staff
- Raise sales ledger monthly invoice
- Provide monthly reports for the commercial team
- provide accrual values for payroll, agency, fleet SCP, Plant
- Oracle Journals
- BS Recs
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Experience in Causeway desirable but NOT essential
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong admin, interpersonal and organisational skills
- IT proficient including experience of MS Office
- Able to work to deadlines
