Milestone is currently looking to recruit a Depot Administrator to work on our Suffolk Highways contract in Suffolk. As a Depot Administrator you will be part of our Operations team in Rougham who are responsible for delivery of works across Suffolk.
Suffolk Highways is a new contract secured by Milestone in 2023 for up to 20 years. Under the contract we are responsible for delivering a wide range of highway maintenance and improvement activities to Suffolk County Council. You will enable us to meet our key contract aim of ensuring high-quality highway services are delivered for the benefit of residents, businesses, and highway users in Suffolk.
As a Depot Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Operations team
- Procurement and ordering of materials and tracking of goods receipted
- Assist with data capture of Monthly Cost, value and WIP
- Updating works complete onto Works Management systems
- Keep tracking and logging of call outs works.
- Assist with Billing and Reporting of works completed
- Processing timesheets
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of software (including MS Office)
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
