About The Role

Milestone Infrastructure Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to work on our North Somerset contract in Clevedon.

You'll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger by processing invoices in a timely manner and dealing with internal and external queries.  This is a position where working from home is available, but some flexibility may be required to attend our offices.

As a Finance Assistant your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Processing and checking invoices
  • Dealing with Accounts Payable queries
  • Monitoring and prioritising the finance mail box
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices

 Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work to deadline
  • Solid team working skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
