About The Role

Milestone Infrastructures is currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join us. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, you will process and clear invoices in a timely manner and ensure we pay our supply chain as per payment terms. This is a position where working from home is available, but you will be required to be able to easily attend meetings in Doncaster at short notice, so must live locally. This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time position. 

As the Purchase Ledger Administrator, your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Process invoices on ERP systems in line with our SLA
  • Reconcile accounts monthly
  • Process payments and pay our supply chain in line with supplier payment terms
  • Query investigation
  • Communication between supply chain and sites
  • High volume processing
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines given by line manager

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts payable
  • Experience working in a high-volume office
  • Able to work within a team and work to tight deadlines
  • Use own initiative & experience to resolve queries.
  • Good IT Skills
  • Previous experience of Working from Home desirable but not essential
